The campaign calls for shareholders to vote against BP�s Board Chair Albert Manifold in response to the Board�s refusal to include a shareholder proposal requesting disclosure on how the company is planning for potential declines in oil and gas demand.
The original proposal�co-filed by 23 institutional investors representing approximately �1.5 trillion in assets�asked BP to publish a report outlining its strategy under International Energy Agency (IEA) scenarios.
